Hi,

Wondering if you can help me....

I'm testing a HDX 9000 integration with Lync Server 2010.  We have RTV Key installed on the HDX devices.

We can drag-drop multiple HDX 9000 in Lync2010 Client and they join fine with audio\video - No Problem.

We can select a Lync contact from the HDX 9000 Favorite List and start audio\video  - No Problem

Now, when we send an Online Invite to the HDX 9000, it show up in the HDX 9000's Calendar, we have the Join Now button, when we click it, we can see the HDX 9000 joined the Lync Audio\Video Conference (We can see in Lync2010 client the Presence change to Busy) but the HDX 9000 NEVER send VIDEO and eventually drop from the call.  When it drop we can see the Presence change back to Available.   We are using the following Simple URL format:  Https://lync.domain.com/meet/PRJUANL/, we are using this option because we only need one DNS record.

Do I missing somethin on the Lync side to allow HDX Devices to use the HTTPs, Do I need to change a policy or something?

Do I need to configure the HDX 9000 as PC-to-PC or Enterprice Voice and polulate the Telephone URI????

What is not allowing the HDX 9000 to send video.. oh by the way we also see the Eagle Eye coming alive (meaning is turn to the front like is going to capture the video) but the video never sent.. for some reason...

Any light will be really apreciate..

Were you ever able to resolve this problem?  We're seeing the same behavior on a Group Series 500.
