For some reason, when we dial from HCX, the Lync would not add +1.  The call works if I dial +15555555555, but it does not work if I dial 5555555555.

Any ideas?  I have to fix it.

Thank you.

the HDX does not support client-side normalization of numbers with Lync integration.  Instead the device will send the dialed string to the Lync Server to be normalized server-side.  There may be something unique about your Dial Plan normalization rules which is preventing the dial string from being properly normalized.
