Hello - we are having an issue calling outside IP numbers.  When we call them, we can connect, we see each other  and they can hear us but i do not hear any far site audio.  On our firewall we allow everything out and we are NOT statically nating the HDX ip.  My question is, if we can see their video then thats getting through the firewall and coming back to us just fine internally. 

 

Is it absolutely necessary to static nat etc to allow just far side audio through?

I suggest you test with my site (71.14.2.157 or 71.14.2.158) and if you get video and audio and content, YOUR side is fine...  Have the other people ALSO test with my test site....   I suspect, theirs will not work...  In which case, THEY have a firewall/fixup issue...
