Hi ,

  i have a problem with polycom camera,that the camera image is half off the image shade.And we shifted the codec and camera from one place to another............codec HDX 8000,camera MPTZ-6

Not sure I understand the problem. Was the HDX system moved? Was the camera disconnected and reconnected? If so was the cable disconnected? Did you check for bent pins.

 

You may need to contact Polycom support for further troubleshooting.
