Hello,

 

We have a Cisco video conference system installed base with all Cisco C40, MCU and Content Server. In same network when we have 2 Polycom endpoints, they are doing  conferencing well. But when we connect to any C40, we have packet loss around 40% on C40's tranmit side.

 

What could be the problem and its resolution? We have to add new HDX7000s to existing system.

what was the bandwidth of call and on which polycom modal EP you called up??

Dear YashPal,

 

It is metro ethernet 30 Mbps, and we have perfect connection with Cisco - Cisco and Polycom Polycom conferences. Even M100 on laptop connects very fine with Cisco C40. Thanks.
