HP Recommended

Hello, I have a strange problem with my hdx 7000 + rss 4000 box. Everything is working fine. While I try to initiate a video recording, I directly connect hdx 7000 with rss 4000 device. I can successfully start the video recording but its not getting saved. With the help of a remote, I can start the video recording but none of its button works out for stopping and saving the recording. Can any body suggest me how to save the recording of this device.
