HDX7000 (3.0.4) call viewstation (5.6), when call connect, why the HDX always reboot ? Thanks

The Polycom HDX release notes state the HDX Has been tested with the Viewstation 512 version 7.5.4 and the Viewstation FX version 6.0.5. 

However neither the older HDX software not the older Viewstation can be supported.

However there may be factors involved causing this.

What is the history - Has this worked in the past?

Has anything changed?

Can the HDX call other systems without booting?

Can the Viewstation call others as well?

How are these two connection - what is the network being used?
