I have an HDX 8000 running version Release - 3.1.7-48092 and I am trying to update to 3.19 so I can use a polycom Touch Control but keep getting getting the message that there is a problem withe the PUP file and it cannot perform the update.  I have downloaded the file a couple of times (definition of insanity right?) and stil having no luck.  I am definitely not under warranty and do not have a current support agreement but thought if on version 3.17 then updates are allowed to 3.19?

I welcome any comments and help

Couple of things to try:

 

Do a USB update.

 

Do a factory restore and try the update.
