From article ID:000066573, Microsoft tm596672 published:7/3/2023 “customers may have low microphone send level from x30 and x50 devices to the far end of a call starting on June 5th 2023”
There is no mention of this in the 4.1 release notes, so has this issue been resolved in Poly OS 4.1?
If so, do we need to undo any gain changes made to affected endpoints?

welcome back to the HP Poly community.
We added a fix for this in 4.1 and the update script will lower the original manual value, which was set back as a workaround, to 0. I have asked product management to add this into the release notes as it must have slipped.
