Good afternoon.
I ask for help.
It is this:
System of a teleconference of Polycom QDX-6000 which shall be controlled the Crestron controler on COM port.
The standard television camera is connected to COM to Camera port.
The controler of control (computer) is connected with COM to Serial port with use of a standard cable of an adapter (2457-32892-001)

In a mode of the serial port "Control" the codec doesn't accept control instruction which are described in API and earlier worked with VSX, HDX codecs of series. From the codec doesn't come anything (neither confirmations, nor error messages)

In a mode of the serial port "Camera PTZ" when clicking Camera detection button, I see a command coming from the codec (81 09 00 02 FF 82 06 77 FE) thus, it is possible to conclude that switching is executed correctly.

The camera connected to Serial port in the Camera PTZ mode is defined and works normally.

API Reference Manual is learned by heart.
On telnet the codec is controlled perfectly.

Firmware up-dating with 4.0.2 to 4.0.3 ne-3195 of result didn't bring.

How to organize control of the codec on COM to Serial port?

It sounds like you have everything properly configured. 

If you have the communications settings set properly on both the units then I would recommend calling Polycom Service and opening a service report for them to evaluate.

Our QA team has tested this and verified that the API works as documented as long as the proper cable is used.  Please see the attached document for the right cable.

Yes we used a special cable (2457-32892-001) ,
but the problem isn't solved.

I attached:
- Photo of settings of port of the codec
- Photo of system information of the codec
- Screen of COM session of port in the "camera PTZ" mode (the codec response is visible)
- Screen of COM session of port in the Control mode (it is visible that the response of the codec isn't present)
