I need help configuring WebEx & zooms on poly as I have Dell soft codec

Hi. Not sure what you mean by "Dell Soft codec", but i assume you´re talking about a Microsoft Teams Room System on a Dell PC. Microsoft has a good website explaining how to set up "Direct Guest Join" for Zoom and Webex on MTRs.
