Dear team,

 

Have i system installed called hdx 8000 , whenever intiating a isdn call on phone (audio) .. sucess

but when initiating a isdn video call , gets connected and in a while shows far end downspeeding error and call gets disconnected.

 

chanels are establishing

 

here i am using pri 30 B + D

 

someone help ?

HP Recommended

I would have your service provider make sure that your ISDN lines are provisioned for data.  It sounds like they are provisioned for vocie only.
