In our organization we are using Polycom G40 - T MTR device. In the TC8 - Touch panel we can't see the teams app icons and text i.e... Meet, Call, share, invite, more options. We have updated the device firmware and teams app last week. After the update we are facing this issue. The icons and text below that icon are not visible clearly it's so dark. We have tried to change the theme color and also, we have set device brightness to 100% but it still the same. Current Teams App version is 4.18.35.0, Windows version is 10.0.22621.2283 and Policy studio device version is 2.1.0.001158.   Please refer the image I have attached. Let me know if anything I can do to set those icons and text brighter and more visible.  IMG-20230925-WA0001.jpg

welcome to the HP Poly community.


A Poly MTRoW uses a GC8 not a TC8. Is this a day 1 issue or did this only just happen?
