Hi,

 

We have a room with HDX7000 with ceiling microphone and IP7000, I wonder if we can integrate the HDX with the IP7000.
We tried the normal way through the microphone cable connected to IP7000 and IP7000 for a cable from the HDX7000, but it did not work.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

According to page 4-6 from the Polycom HDX Admin Guide => here <= the can connect as follows:

 

The Polycom HDX 7000 series systems can support:

 

  • Up to two Polycom HDX microphones (table or ceiling type).
  • One SoundStation IP 7000 phone and up to two Polycom HDX microphones.
  • Polycom EagleEye View with microphones enabled
