HP Recommended

When attempting to visit Web Interface from IE 11, I get a 401 Unauthorized User error consistently.  There is no screen that opens where I can login to Codec.  Works fine in Firefox and Chrome.  Workaround?  Known issue?

If you hit f12 in IE you should pull up new options at the bottom of your screen. One of them should be browser Mode. This a drop down menu were you can chose older types of IE browsers. I would try 8 or 9 and see if you can get it to work then.
