I called and talked to tech support 7 days ago about a Polycom X70 that I was having issues with.  The tech support person started a ticket and said that someone will be contacting me to resolve the issue.  I called back two days ago and got the same reply, some one will be calling me back.  This call I'm waiting for............will it be soon?

35 minutes after I posted this, I had an email reply, and 30 minutes after that I was connected to a rep that took care of me.  This seems like the fastest way to get support.  Before I posted here it had been 7 days, and two phone calls to get no response 

 

So, my issues are taken care of thanks
