Hi all,
My clients Lenovo core's have recently updated to windows 11 and they have some questions that I need some help with: -
- Should bios updates be completed via Additional updates(Windows) or via bios download from Manufacturers website?
- Does the Latest bios update work fine with Windows 11 as the bios on Lenovo’s website appears to suggest it’s for windows 10.
On a few occasions of rebooting the MTR the below screen has been displayed, Is this a hardware fault or could a Bios update be needed?

You seem to have an issue with the Lenovo hardware and this forum is for HP products.
I recommend that you post your question on the Lenovo community forum for the model series Lenovo notebook in question.

On HP notebooks that error normally means the system fan needs to be replaced.

Poly, prior to the HP acquisition, would have sold Lenovo or Dell MTRoW solutions to customers.
Therefore as already outlined the customer should work with HP Poly support.
