I have problem with sharing a content from Skype for Business 2015/2016 client and Polycom GS 500.

Lync Server 2013 patched up to day.
Clients -> Skype for Business 2015 & Skype for Business 2016

Activated RTV.

1) When I’m in direct video call Room1 (GS 500) and User1 (Lync User) the icon of Presented is no available. The connection initiated by the user via SfB client .

2) When I’m in Skype Online Meeting the icon is available but when I press sharing, nothing is happen.

3) When I’m in direct video call Room1 (GS 500) and User1 (Lync User) the icon of Presented is available. The connection initiated by the GS 500.

Why the icon of Presented is available only when the GS 500 is calling to lync user?

The video and voice works, but there is no content. I will check in monday if third way works. I discovered a third way after work today , so I'm not sure you will see something on TV .

I tried to share desktop and share only application, but without difference.

Any help?

Mariusz

If you want share contant between your GS and Lync Server you never shoudl disabled Visual Board.

Admin Settings > General Settings > System Settings > VisualBoard / RDP -> Enable
