I can't quite put my finger on it & can't replicate here BUT

calling from a LAN side PVX to external HDX7 &4 k works fine in & out.

Substitute with M100 & outbound is OK but incoming M100 rings but cannot be answered (even if set to auto answer).

Latest M100 from web site.

Anyone else seen anything like that.

(M100 is on the same PC/IP as the PVX!)

Grab a quick sniff and take a look (or send it to me and I'll process it with VTC-CSI and send it back)...

 

As you know, it's got to be a port kinda issue...  but not sure what...

 

Have you tried it with Real Presence Desktop yet ?

Thanks GM, already suggested RPD. I'll see if I can get a trace of PVX & M100.
