Hi,

we have about 40 clients with m100 on their laptops

the problem is that they roam in the company and get different IP addresses

so if the m100 tele presence can work with dns it is solved cause we can say this man has this dns name and dns is always updated to the last ip address but i cannot find dns support in m100

how should i solve this ?

All you need is a gatekeeper appliance. With a gatekeeper your users get permanent identifications (H.323 ID and/or E.164 "phone" numbers) and are reachable regardless of the current IP address. Polycom CMA 4000 can be recommended in your case.
