Hi

 

I m using an m100 software on a laptop running a windows 7 OS, for some reason I m not able to use the content sharing  feature (the content button is grey) even after activating the license

 

Can you please help

Make sure that the processor mets the specifications for content.  Also make sure it is running at that speed, frequently processors will downspeed when on battery to extend the battery life.

 

From the release notes:

Content (Up to XGA send and 720p receive)
• Intel Core2 Duo 2 Cores 1.6 GHz or higher
• Intel Pentium 2 Cores 2.0 GHz or higher
• Intel Core i3 4 Cores 1.6 GHz or higher
• Intel Core i5 4 Cores 1.6 GHz or higher
