Hi,
I have an issue with MTR. It worked fine but after few hours, no screen on CG8. I tested with another screen connected on HDMI port but "no signal" message. Power off and on, same issue. MTR stays with orange led flashing. Disk led no actif.
But I would like if there is a procedure to reinstall the operating system with teams layer.
The MTR is DELL OptiPlex 7080 XE Micro

There is an article about how to do a Recovery and I hope it helps you:
What steps should be followed if the MTR PC powers up, but the boot process does not complete?
- Run Hardware Diagnostics (F10) - Requires USB Keyboard
- Push Button Reset (PBR) (F11) - places MTR back to factory state. 44040 Poly MTR and GC8 FAQ - Public
- Run the Microsoft Teams Room Factory Restore Process
- If PBR and Factory Restore Process fail to resolve the issue, use the Poly MTR Cloud Recovery process. 44015 Poly Cloud Recovery Guide - Public
- See detailed information on the Lenovo PC Diagnostics here if futher information is required. https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/overview
- If nothing else works, contact Poly Support for assistance
