Is it resolved ? Please share suggestion to get this resolved
Hi all,

we have a couple of Poly Studio X30 and X50 in our company. I recently updated them all to 3.10 and they are all used in Teams Mode. I have an issue were the devices would go into standby (screen is black) when they are used with HDMI ingest in Teams Mode or also Device Mode with HDMI. So very 10-15 Minutes or so one has to touch the TC8. For me this makes no sense at all.
