HP Recommended

I have a Surface Pro 2 running windows 8.1. Whenever I try and project using our Polycom Telepresence I am unable to project onto the screen. This doesn't seem to be an issue with other PC's in my company which are running windows 7. Am I doing something wrong and is there an easy fix around this problem.

How are you connecting the Surface to the system?

 

Does the output of the Surface match one of the supported resolutions as defined in the User's Guide?
