Hi all, just wondering if anyone has tried using a mouse on a G7500 or X series. In Teams mode, using a single screen, you are able to click on the screen and select some of the usual options you would get using the MS Teams app (eg: pin, fit to screen etc). Also the mouse can be used with the MS Teams whiteboard (although a tad clunky) as well. When I use a mouse using dual screen, the mouse only seems to be able to be used on one screen (primary), so when you have participants on the second screen, you cannot click on their window and if using the whiteboard (which seems to push to the second screen), you can't do anything with it.
I'm not sure how many people know a wireless mouse works very nicely on a single screen, but dual screen it has some issues.
Any one have this working successfully? Is there something I haven't ticked for dual screen?

Thanks Stefan, posting in the community is to get an idea as to whether there is a problem before I raise a case.

Hello @Chris A
welcome back to the Poly community.
Please bear in mind that this is most likely an unsupported scenario for both Microsoft Support and/or Poly support and anything could be removed at no notice. So please keep this in mind when using this in a setup.

Got to love Vers 4. X50's I have no issues with Ver 4, G7500s are just random problem after random problem. From working through Proxy to not working through Poxy, whiteboard working on one device and not on another, and issues with updating IP adapters and cameras. The joy of upgrades.

Hello @Chris A ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
The Studio X is very different hardware than the G7500; therefore, you may see different issues. I suggest getting this into support and we can work on this.
Posting in the community does not action anything as I very much doubt someone in the community can solve any potential issues in our code.
The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
