Hi all,

A 1080p license is installed on a GroupSeries system. The device is changed with a new GroupSeries due to hardware failure.

The question is: Is there a way to move 1080p license to this new GroupSeries? If yes, could you please explain it?

The old serial number is:82154244AC41CV

The new serial number is:82144942FFB2CV

Thanks,

If this was done via Polycom service the license will have been moved to the new serial number and can be retrieved from the on-line system at the Polycom support web site.

If this was done from another source you will need to check with them on the move of licenses to a replacement unit.
