HP Recommended

I have a VSX 7000e which I was sure we purchased the Multipoint license. I can't seem to find the info for this key. The units Serial number is 82061906B34BB9. Is anyone able to check into Polycom's records to see if I can re-enable this feature? i hae already contacted my vendor, but thought I would try here too.

You can retreive a key from the Polycom web site that you activate the key from.  Please see the attached, I blanked out your last digits for security reasons.
