Hello

I have 2x VSX 7000 sets.

They are connecting fine when we place a call.

However all I can see from my end is my own video.

Tried the various PIP settings.

The guy at the other end says he can see my video and hear my audio.

How can we fix it so I get his video and audio?

Sounds like firewall/nat  issue. See Configuring the System for Use with a Firewall or NAT, p 2-12 of admin guide
