Hi,

 

I am getting "signing into media server "error from my CMA desktop. I could able to log in CMAD using our LDAP user name password but the call button is not turned to GREEN color. 

 

Polycom CMA 4000: Version 5.4.o

Polycom CMA desktop verson: 5.1.0

is the error working for a particular user or for all users reagister over a CMA?have you tried to sign in with local? Regards Yash Pal

Not for particular and not for all. sometimes some users having this issue. Yes I tried with local user name but no luck.

if it happend some time so it must be network issue.if you are not able to log in on to regular basis so it is a big issue.make sure that the network is not giving a drops for the IP assin to CMA. Regards Yash Pal
