Hi Community,

In our lab we have polycom endpoints (HDX7k, HDX4500, Group 300) together with PRRM 8.1 only for provisioning purposes.

In PRRM we created provisioning profile to tell endpoints to use TLS as transport protocol (We need it mandatory for registering endpoint through sip under Cisco CUCM).

Provisioning process itself works well, but on HDX endpoints we always have TCP value for transport.

We have checked file "Jserver.log" from PRRM where have clearly seen that PRRM send TLS value for endpoints, but in profile.csv file downloaded from HDX's we always have TCP value.

Thanks for any advice

Hello Tomique34,

you should not be running Dev software and switch to production software instead.

Dev software is to confirm particular issues and indicate that you are already working with our support team.

Best Regards
