Hello,

We are in possesion of a ViewStation 512 MP station and software for polycom PVX 8.0.16. My problem is the following:

On a laptop equipped with PVX is a classic internet access, I try called the public IP address of the ViewStation 512 MP station, until all was going well.

ViewStation 512 MP station receives the call from my good laptop, however I can not get this call, it automatically reaches its end of life.

Have you ever encountered this problem?

My second question is, can you export and import a directory that you created in under PVX?
