After connecting many times without issues,  from my desk top to a site that uses polycom hardware, I get no audio or video from the far side.  They see and hear me fine.  I am using Windows 7 and i5 processor.  I am wondering if there is a firewall issue, but I can't find one.  No new hardware, router, etc. Any ideas for trouble shooting?

You are correct, it is probably a firewall issue.

 

You can test to test sites such as:

Test your video at: 71.14.2.158 or 71.14.2.157

Digital Video Loopback at: 71.14.2.154
