Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

We just provisioned an MTR using Poly G7500 + Poly Eagle Eye IV + Poly IP microphones + Poly TC8. We updated all the firmware to the latest versions. The camera is working for a few days and all of the sudden the MTR could no longer detected it. Tried to unplug the camera and connect it back but to no avail. The camera is detected in Poly admin console and shows green indicator.

 

G7500 software version: 4.1.3-394009 (latest)

MS Teams version: 1449/1.0.96.2023120801 (latest)
