G7500

Has anyone else experienced the Poly G7500 jumping back to the homescreen when you stop sharing content? We are in a call, room is controled by extron, we hit content, comes up just fine, we hit none on the touch panel and it goes backto the home screen with the standard dial and content button. The call is still active on the poly, camera is still on, far end can still see and talk to us but the polycom is showing the room the home screen and not the call. All just becuase we hit none on the extron to stop sharing content. Reboot the system, it functions as normal, but every now and again this issue arises again and we have to reboot. Pretty annoying to be honest.

Unfortunately, your new post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application version you use. For example Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, Poly SIP/H.323 mode etc.

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
