Poly GC8 unable to login in to teams

Hello,

I'm trying to login to teams using the Poly GC8, this has previously worked but at the moment I'm unable to connect.

When I click settings nothing happens, when I press restart after the reboot I'm back at this page.

Have anyone seen this issue before and if so how did you solved it.

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

As this is a Microsoft Solution running on a Microsoft Platform the quickest and best way to get support is to simply open a ticket wit Microsoft Support and or post in a Microsoft focused forum.

Please come back after and explain what the fix for the issue was so other users finding this post have a solion once you updated the missing parts.
