Studio X70
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a new Poly X70 cam. So far, not enjoying it at all.  I want to be able to connect it to my Windows 11 machine via USB-C. Poly Lens app isn't seeing the cam at all. I can see it using Zoom, but the cam doesnt see anything.  I saw something about switching it to USB mode.  How can I do that if Poly Lens can't see it and If I connected a keyboard/mouse to the cam I can't find anything in settings to do that.  Tried HP Chat, but that got me exactly nowhere. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks,

Kevin

Hello @kwallity ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application version you use.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

In the Video FAQ or the Video Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

In regards to Poly Lens Desktop the supported devices to be used with Lens desktop are listed >here<

In order to use the Poly Studio X70 as a Camera, Microphone and Speaker with a PC or a Mac you need to switch to Device Mode. Depending on the Provider this differs. Not yet knowing the provider makes it difficult to suggest a solution.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best regards

Steffen Baier
