Hi, I have a newly installed Poly Medium Room kit - so HP PC, Poly Studio USB with the GC8. Everything working great and all, apart of the hdmi input for sharing screen... Everything is on the respctive latest firmware verisons. The system does recognise the input once you plug it in but displays would just go blank (other than the gc8). Double checked that screen output from the sharing device is matching the system - so 1080p60.
Hitting a wall now so I would appreciate any suggestions!

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

I'm running Teams Rooms v4.18.35.0.

PC OS is Win 11 build 10.0.22621.2215

 

I shall also submit a ticket to HP for this.
