All our Studio units have their Log Level set to Debug. This isn't something we manually changed so confused why they are all set the same.

Based on the documentation it shouldn't be set to Debug - Configure Log Level (polycom.com).

What is the default setting supposed to be set to?

Hello @akarimian

Welcome back to the Poly community!

Debug log collects all kinds of log data in the devices so it is set by default, however, you can set the log level to info.

Also, debug log files are larger in size and get overwritten after some time that's why it is not recommended.

I hope it answers your query.

Thanks for the reply. Bizarre that the default is set to debug which generates a lot of logs and most likely impacts performance of the unit and the documentation states the following:

Note: Don’t set the logging level to Debug for long durations (weeks or months).
