Got some new poly sync40+, that is connected to the poly x50 bar.

Problem is that even though volume is turned up to max on both sync40+ and on the TC8 tablet, the volume is very low.

If I turn it down to 50% on the tablet, I can hardly here anything!?

Hello @BunkerHolding ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

You have posted in an incorrect section and your post has been moved by a volunteer. It has been moved to a section more suitable for your request.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the main HP Poly product or the Partner application you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

For current Video products please include the Provider used.

From memory, the Sync USB speaker is not officially a supported peripheral for the Studio X or the G7500 so this most likely explains your situation.

An issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post so please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Best regards

Steffen Baier
