Poly X30
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Software version: 4.1.2 – 388101

Connected device: Windows 10 Laptop

IP Phone System – 8X8 desktop software

 

Configuration:

Poly X30 in device mode

Connected Windows 10 laptop with USB-A or USB-C connection and HDMI output to X30

Windows 10 laptop loaded with 8x8 desktop software application

 

Symptoms:

  1. X30 camera & audio devices not showing as options under 8x8 IP phone software configuration
  2. X30 camera & audio devices not showing under Windows 10 devices
  3. Laptop desktop does show on the X30 connected monitor using the HDMI cable

Also, what type or length of USB and HDMI cable is being used?
