Having just had the latest Poly software version 4.0.2-384012 forced on to my Poly X30, I now cannot view participants

when the Teams room account invites me from it's GC8 panel via its 'Meet Now' or 'Join Now' button - when I Join the meeting all I see is my own image through my own laptop web cam, whereas before I could see the room participants through the rooms X30 camera so I could view everybody in the room.

Checked all settings and all in order so very confused by this one. Anyone else getting the same?

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Version of the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

We also have no idea if the account used is a Basic or Pro account. For any questions around Microsoft Teams our partner Microsoft would be the best to answer these as they:

 

  • Provide the Microsoft Teams platform you are using
  • Provide the Microsoft Teams application running on our devices
