X30 and X50

we have an issue where our poly x30 and x50 dont always display meetings even though the room has accepted the invite. once they are turned off and rebooted all the meetings then show

Hi...

 

I would start searching at the connection to Exchange Online where I would expect the calendar being hosted.

Remember that is not the Poly devices that accept the meeting, that done by the room mailbox at Exchange.

Poly endpoint just display information processed by Exchange.

This was working fine until the poly updated. the meeting is there on exchange as when the poly is rebooted it then sees the meetings just fine,

The Teams Room version (1449/1.0.96.2023031201) is not the latest.

You can update to latest Teams room version in Teams Admin Center. Remember to update any Touch Control also.

 

You also have the option to update to just release Poly OS 4.1 that have the latest Teams Room included.

 

It might help to have the Teams Room package updates as MS currently have made some changes to how certified systems is handled in the M365 platform.

As the solution aka Microsoft Teams is provided completely by our Partner Microsoft I suggest you wok with their support team as:

 

  1. Microsoft provides us OEM Partners with their Software
  2. Microsoft hosts the Platforms you are using aka Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Teams
