Product: Poly X50

How do I get a replacement plate hinge for my Poly X50 unit? The part # is 2342-86302-002 ASSY,HINGE PLATE,X50

 

I've called the Poly Support line at 1-**bleep**-752-6876 about 10 times in the last few days but I keep getting a recorded message saying the that local support center is closed and then the call is disconnected. 

 

Can I put in a request somewhere else?
