Android 9.0 Pie

Hi Team,

we have the following problem with the device. After not working for some time it goes to sleep and after waking up it doesn't work properly. It's mute and the Unmute button doesn't work. After we restart it (Unplug it from the power supply) it starts normally. The last update was made.
Is there a way to wake it up without restarting it to work normally?
Do we need to turn it off after some proper way after we are done are X52.

Thank you!

Hello @DigitalBox ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you use.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

I assume what you see is the TV / Monitor not coming on and the restart recovers this but as you have not stated it I am assuming this. If this is correct, once you provide all the required details, raise this with our Support team and mention EN-255476. Please also provide details on the screen(s) used.

Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Best regards
