Poly X70

Hello! I have a Poly X70 connected to two TV displays that I would like to remain on while the Poly is idle. Right now, both TVs have HDMI-CEC turned on and all sleep settings have been turned off for the Poly. One of the TVs does stay on at all times, but the other turns off on its own and we can't figure out if it is something wrong with the TV or if it's the Poly itself.

 

Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Apologies for the missing information. The software version for the StudioX70 is 4.0.2-384012 and the hardware version is Version 3. We are using Zoom Rooms with software version 5.13.5.
