Hello, I have been having severe problems with the Poly TC8 update. Since I loaded the update, the Poly TC8 devices get stuck on “searching for software” and do not link with the X30. From what I have seen on this portal, this issue has been occurring since the beginning of August and there is still no solution. Any comments on this? I have 180 of these devices in the company and this error is starting to replicate.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use. For example Microsoft Teams, Zoom rooms, Poly SIP/H/323 mode etc.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.

 

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, and no other volunteers reply, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Hello @GastonLeguiza ,

 

I would suggest a factory reset of the TC via the pinhole at the back

 

After this simply re-add the TC device.

 

If this does not address your issue I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.

i found another conversation wher someone said that resolved this problem by downgrading the firmware. Where can i find the firmware to do that?

i already try the pinhole reset but nothing changed
