Good Morning,

 

We have a number of Poly x30 devices using Teams and a few weeks ago, the content + gallery option wasn't working correctly.

 

Content + Gallery should display the content in a large screen while showing the meeting participants along the side/bottom.

 

Upon further investigation the chat function wasn't displaying.  If I start a meeting on the Poly, add myself in, then on the Poly click on chat, the window which displays the meeting room at the bottom right expands out as if the chat bar on the right has expanded, but nothing actually shows on the right, just a larger blank space. 

 

Of our 20+ devices, they all have the same firmware, teams version etc, but 2 devices are still happily working.

 

Any ideas on a solution?

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

As this is completely relying on our Partner Microsoft due to the fact:

  • You are using their Teams Platform
  • You are using their Software on our device

I  would suggest to contact Microsoft support.

 

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
