When I'm on a call with Polycom RealPresence Desktop (Mac version 10.8.4 and PCRP 3.0.0) my audio continuely tries to connect with a AirPlay audio device somewhere in the neighbourhood of my laptop.  The audiosource switches, and i am prompted by the OS for a password to connect to the Airplay device.  Of course, it's not my device, so I hit cancel, and I end up in the loop of reprompting over and over.  I have to quickly hit cancel, and go into Polycom settings and switch it back to built in speakers before it prompts me again.  Approximately 3-4 minutes later, it does the same thing - so throughout the call, i have to keep doing this execise.

While that is happening, the audio source has switched, so i see the video feed, but i can't hear and audio until i restore it back to the built in speakers.

I've been querying online, and I notice Apple Garageband has the same issue.  For Garageband, the general recommendation is to add a firewall rule to block all incoming connections to Garageband, but this is obviously something i cannot do for Polycom.

In the polycom settings (when not in a call) there is a setting to set the audio source.  Mine is set to built in speakers, but during a call it automatically switches.

Has anyone seen this behaviour, and if so have you found a solution for it?
