MY POLYCOM MPTZ6 EAGLE EYE CAMERA EXTERIOR GREY PLASTIC PIECE SURROUNDING THE CAMERA IS LOOSE.

I SEE IT'S 2 PARTS,BUT DOES IT SNAP BACK IN PLACE?

Yes, you should be able to snap it back together.  Make sure it is all aligned properly before attempting.
