A question about the capabilities of the Group 500.

 

Is it possible to send the camera stream and content stream at the same time to the far end?

 

I have the problem where the far end only sees People or Content, not both.

Yes, all the GS codecs support dual streams of video and H.239 content.

 

Are you sure that you have the input that you are using for content defined as a content input.  This is done under the Audio / Visual > Video Inputs > most likely your 2nd input > Display as should be set to content.

 

The far end will also have to support H.239 content to receive it.
